Conference Information
This year marks the 10th anniversary of Microsystems & Nanoengineering (MINE) annual conferences. Launched in 2014, MINE Annual Conference is to gather leading scientists in M/NEMS in the world with outstanding scientists and young researchers to discuss the state-of-the-art and the future of micro- and nano-sensing technology. This symposium will be an excellent platform for academic exchange, possibly resulting in decent collaborations between international scientists in M/NEMS. MINE annual Conference 2024 will be held in Xi’an, China, from 20 - 22 September 2024. The major areas of activity at this conference include but are not limited to:
Micro- and nano-sensors and actuators
Materials, fabrication and packaging for MEMS & NEMS
Applied sciences of micro- and nano-systems
Micro- and nano-mechanics, structures and modeling
